What If I Reset My Website or Deleted the Theme/Plugin?
You can request a reinstallation of themes/plugins (excluding readymade designs) for a reactivation fee of $4.99.

What If I Reset or Deleted the Readymade Design?
You’ll need to pay $9.99 or the full price of the product again as a redesign fee. Please contact the team for payment.
Can I Change the Domain After Delivery?
No, you cannot change the domain once the product/service has been delivered. A new order at the original price is required for each new domain.
